Customer Support Manager – Support

I started my Vainu journey on 2018. During the years I've had the possibility to grow from a Customer Support Specialist to a role of Customer Support Manager. I get a lot of joy in helping people. Through the years it's been amazing to see how we've been able to enhance the product knowledge and overall understanding of the product not only within the Support team, but also by helping and training our colleagues as well as Vainu users. 

By showing activeness and eagerness to learn new things I've also gathered Office management related responsibilities. With initiative, you can participate in and learn a lot of things in Vainu, and I love that!

On my free time I'm conquering the world as a singer of a rock band, and I'm happy Vainu makes it easy for me to manage life between work and aiming for rock stardom ✨
