Job in brief
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success while working at Vainu.
Your most important job is to sell Vainu as an employer to all the candidates you will get to talk with. You will be Vainu's face and voice towards our most important stakeholders: candidates and employees.
Annual gross salary range in this role (depending on your skills and experience): 42 - 60 k€.
Responsibilities
- Hire 40 new people in different commercial roles at Vainu, mostly in Sweden, Norway and Denmark by the end of 2023.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future talent and recruitment needs.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and help building talent acquisition strategies to make sure we find the right people and skills to the right roles.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) and support the hiring managers at different stages of recruitment processes.
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Use metrics to identify areas of improvement in our talent acquisition and retention processes.
Requirements and skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding. We are looking for a person with a good understanding on sales and product development cultures, who understands how to recruit B2B sales people as well software developers, and knows the basic terminology related to these roles.
- Ability to maintain several recruitment processes at the same time.
- Good understanding of selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles at Vainu.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field. Previous experience from a sales role helps to succeed in this role.
- Ability to travel between Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark when needed (approximately 1-2 times a month).
- Fluency in English is a must to succeed in this role, skills in other Nordic languages is considered as a big asset.
Team
You will work as part of Vainu's small HR team and report to our Head of HR Pauliina Päivärinta. We are 2,5 FTEs working with HR, tightly together with our Finance & Legal team. You will also collaborate actively with all business unit heads and team leads.
