💼 The Role: Partner Manager
We’re looking for a Partner Manager to own and grow Vainu's partner network. Your mission is to generate revenue through our 30+ active partners by:
- Selling directly from partner-generated leads
- Co-selling alongside our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
📌 This is not a partner acquisition role. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships with our 30 active partners. You’ll make sure they:
- Know how to use Vainu
- Understand when to bring us into conversations
- Know how to create value for their clients
You’ll be their main point of contact, and you'll collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership.
You will report directly to our VP of Sales and Partnerships.
This is a key role in driving partner engagement, creating impact, and scaling our partner revenue channel.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Strengthen and nurture relationships with existing partners
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Sell and co-sell with internal sales and success teams
- Drive partner activity and track performance
- Continuously improve our partner collaboration playbook

🙌 What We Expect From You
- Based in Stockholm or Helsinki
- Native-level proficiency in Swedish and fluent in English
- Experience in sales, partnerships or other customer facing B2B SaaS roles
- Confidence to lead partner conversations and jumping into sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of company and contact data and how it integrates into CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot
- A hands-on, get-it-done attitude and drive to iterate for better a outcome
