Our customer base in Sweden is growing steadily, and we are looking for a commercial-minded Customer Success Manager to join our Stockholm team.

Key Details
Location: Stockholm (Drottninggatan 55).
Work Model: Hybrid. For the first 6 months, we focus on in-office collaboration to ensure you learn the basics of Vainu and the role. After onboarding, we work from the office 2-3 days a week.
Base Salary: SEK 37.000 - 45.000 per month (depending on seniority).
Commission: Monthly commission based on portfolio size and retention. On-target is approximately SEK 10.000 - 20.000 per month.
The Role: Portfolio Growth & Retention
This is not a traditional support-focused Customer Success role. This is a proactively commercial role focused on driving growth.
While you will manage a dedicated portfolio, your primary goal is to act as a strategic partner—helping Directors of Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing utilize Vainu’s data to build solid business opportunities. You will need a "hunter" mindset to identify upsell opportunities within your accounts and drive expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B SaaS customers.
Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth (Net Retention Rate is your primary KPI).
Consult clients on how to optimize their processes using Vainu’s data within their CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Steer sales discussions to uncover value and align Vainu’s solutions with the customer's strategic goals.
What we expect from you
Experience: Previous CS or Account Management experience with a proven track record of B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of common CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive) and the RevOps landscape.
Communication: Native-level proficiency in Swedish and professional fluency in English. Other Nordic languages are a plus.
Mindset: You are goal-oriented, enjoy exceeding targets, and have strong business acumen.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
