The Role: Enterprise Customer Success Manager
As our an Enterprise CSM, you own Vainu’s most strategic accounts: complex, high-value organizations where you are the primary advisor and the growth driver. You need to be as technically savvy as you are strategically agile, navigating both cutting-edge AI implementations and legacy CRM roadblocks.
Key Details
Location: Stockholm (Drottninggatan 55).
Work Model: Hybrid. Initial 6-month focus on in-office collaboration; then 2-3 days/week in-office. The role includes regular face-to-face meetings with our customers.
Compensation: Base SEK 43.000–60.000 + Monthly Commission (Portfolio & Retention). OTE typically SEK 63.000–110.000 per month.
Language: Native-level Swedish and professional English are required.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of Vainu’s key accounts (Large Nordic customers in the fields of Financial services, Logistics, etc.).
Network Mapping: Build stakeholder relationships from the operational to the C-suite.
Expansion & Growth: Systematically identify and close upsell opportunities by linking Vainu’s data to the customer’s strategic goals.
Creative Problem Solving: Develop solutions for customers regardless of their tech maturity—finding the "backdoor" when legacy systems or red tape get in the way.
Internal Mentorship: Share your wisdom to help coach and elevate the broader commercial team at Vainu.
Who You Are
We are looking for:
Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise CS or Strategic Account Management. You have a track record of owning the full lifecycle of complex, high-value contracts.
The "Hacker" Mindset: You know how to find the real stakeholders and the real problems, even when they aren't obvious on an org chart.
The Improviser: You are smart and tech-savvy. You don't wait for a perfect process; you find ways to package our data so it fits the customer's specific (and often messy) reality.
CRM & RevOps Translator: You don’t just talk about data strategy—you can understand a customer’s RevOps architecture and why their data is messy to show them exactly how Vainu can clean it up and automate their workflows.
