The role
Prospecting is where Vainu's story started ten years ago, and it remains the core of what we sell. As a Junior AE, you will help Nordic B2B sales teams replace manual, spreadsheet-driven prospecting with a continuous, AI-powered flow of the right accounts and contacts at the right time.
You will run your own pipeline, learn to demo a platform that sits at the intersection of data and AI, and develop the fundamentals to grow into a full AE role. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to be driven, comfortable picking up the phone, and genuinely curious about how AI is changing the way companies find and win customers.
What you will do
Build and manage your own outbound pipeline targeting Nordic B2B sales teams
Run demos that show prospects what AI-powered prospecting looks like in practice
Help customers understand why data quality is the foundation of any effective sales workflow
Drive deals from first contact to signed contract
Hit monthly targets and track your activity with discipline
What we are looking for
Some experience in B2B sales or a strong, demonstrable drive to build a career in it
High activity mindset — you enjoy the pace of outbound and are comfortable calling prospects
Genuine curiosity about AI and how it is reshaping B2B sales and prospecting workflows
Native-level Swedish and solid English
Based in Stockholm, with the ability to work from our Drottninggatan office regularly
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Compensation
Base salary SEK 29,000–33,000 gross / month
OTE SEK 35,000–39,000 / month
All commissions are uncapped, with accelerators for over-performance.
