Like we already mentioned, this is the best moment to join Vainu Rotterdam since we are looking to build our new fresh & solid Business Development Manager team! In this role, you will get the responsibility to have a sufficient impact on Vainu’s growth pace in the Netherlands.
Our team always works hard to reach targets and we love to celebrate our wins with occasional (international) office parties, different outdoor activities, and team days. Note: a comfy coat is preferable since we often visit our HQ located in Helsinki, Finland. We offer a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission (phone & laptop included). - Explore market opportunities with Vainu and identify great sales leads;
- We use a modern tool stack: Pipedrive, Vainu, HubSpot, GetAccept, Zoom, and Slack are used daily;
- Our sales process is well documented, so you don’t have to come up with everything from scratch. But -of course- sharpen & evaluating these processes is highly appreciated;
- Get in touch with CEOs, CCOs, CMOs and Sales Directors by phone, email and through social media to help them get acquainted with our Real Time Sales (RTS) methodology;
- Use different kinds of resources to reach your monthly target (e.g. Vainu prospecting platform, LinkedIn Automation, your personal network, attractive offline marketing campaigns);
- Be active and meet your individual/team monthly activity and sales targets;
- Opportunities to grow further within the organisation;
- Help develop our sales process and measure its effectiveness;
- Together with your team, work and improve our strategies in order to take over the Dutch market even more.
Skills & Requirements
- HBO/University degree (any discipline), sales/marketing related is a plus;
- A fluent Dutch speaker, fluent in English;
- 1-2 years of experience doing sales;
- Crushing outreach targets is in your veins;
- Competitive & hungry attitude;
- Result-oriented approach;
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality;
- Prior knowledge of SaaS-business is a plus;
- Hunger to learn and apply the Vainu Sales Methodology.
