Enterprise Customer Success Manager (AI & Data Strategy)
As an Enterprise CSM, you don't just "manage" accounts. You own Vainu’s most complex, high-value partnerships. You will work with the best Nordic accounts and prospects, participate in RFIs and RFPs, and actively seek new opportunities within these accounts. For the largest accounts, you have a team behind you.
Key Details
Location: Stockholm (Drottninggatan 55) or Helsinki (Siltasaarenkatu 10).
Work Model: Hybrid. Initial 6-month focus on in-office collaboration; then 2-3 days/week in-office. The role includes regular face-to-face meetings with our customers.
Compensation: Base SEK 43.000–60.000 + Monthly Commission (Portfolio & Retention). OTE typically SEK 63.000–110.000 per month.
Language: Native-level Swedish and professional English are required. If you are based in Helsinki, you also need to be fluent in Finnish.
Your Mission
Act as the primary contact for Large Nordic enterprises (Finance, Logistics, etc.), helping them move from manual prospecting to AI-driven sales workflows.
Vainu’s product and offering develop at an unprecedented pace. You will communicate and translate it into solutions best suited for customers
Portfolio Growth & Expansion: Systematically map the C-suite and operational layers to identify new use cases for Vainu’s data across the organization.
Ecosystem Mentorship: Elevate both our internal and customers’ commercial teams by sharing insights on the evolving AI landscape.
Who You Are
5+ Years in Enterprise CS: You’ve mastered the art of managing complex, high-stakes contracts and multi-year renewals.
AI-Fluent: You don’t need to be a coder, but you are excited about becoming an “AI-builder”, and you understand how LLMs, predictive modeling, and automation rely on structured data.
The "Hacker" Mindset: You are an expert at navigating organizational charts to find the real decision-makers and the technical bottlenecks they’re hiding.
